Terms and Conditions

Artastic Art LLC ("we", "us", "our")provides art supplies, painting, and sewing classes for kids and adults. By
enrolling in our classes, purchasing our products, or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Class Registration & Participation

Age Requirement: Classes are open to children (ages 5 and up) and adults. Parental or guardian consent is required for minors. Enrollment: Class spots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required to reserve a seat. Attendance: Participants are expected to arrive on time. We are not responsible for missed content due to late arrival or absence.

2. Payments & Refunds

Payment: We accept payment via [insert accepted methods, e.g., credit card, cash, online payments]. All payments are processed securely. Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class may receive a full refund or credit. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class or for no-shows. Class Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, low enrollment). You will receive a full refund or be offered a credit.

3. Health and Safety

Supervision: Children must be signed in and out by a parent or authorized guardian. Allergies/Special Needs: Please inform us of any allergies, medical needs, or special accommodations when registering. Code of Conduct: Disruptive behavior, disrespect, or damage to materials may result in dismissal from class without a refund.

4. Use of Materials and Artwork

Supplies: All basic art supplies are included unless otherwise noted. Some specialty classes may require additional fees or materials. Student Work: We may photograph student artwork and class activities for promotional use on our website and social media. If you do not wish to have your or your child’s image used, please notify us in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Artastic Art LLC, including class
materials, designs, and lesson plans, is the intellectual property of by Artastic
Art LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written consent.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in our classes or using our products, you
agree to:

Assume all risks associated with art activities, including the use of tools, equipment, and materials. Release by Artastic Art LLC, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or after classes.

7. Website Use (if applicable)

You agree not to misuse our website or engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior. All website content is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.

    8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
